Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Preschool Program Coordinator to lead and manage a Stellenbosch based preschool. You will plan, implement and oversee the curriculum, supervise teachers, and ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key focus on staff development, parent communications, admissions, and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and 3–5 years of preschool management experience, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in preschool management or coordination.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of early childhood education policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool program, ensuring smooth execution.
• Develop and implement curriculum guidelines in collaboration with teaching staff.
• Recruit, train, and supervise preschool teachers and support staff.
• Manage admissions, parent communications, and community outreach efforts.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing standards for the facility.
