A leading consulting company based in South Africa is seeking a motivated individual for a pre-sales consulting role. The position requires strong communication skills, relationship building with C-suite individuals, and a minimum of three years of experience. The ideal candidate will manage solution designs, meet sales growth targets, and collaborate across teams. Successful applicants will have a Matric certificate and a passion for consulting and customer satisfaction. This role requires travel and offers a dynamic workplace environment.
We are looking for a highly professional and motivated individual to combine their technical knowledge with commercial skills to effectively uncover and develop solutions for prospects and customers.
This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships, as you will interface directly with leaders of large companies and other key GRC personas.

Management level of role: This is not a management role
Working environment & travel: Exceptionally busy, team-orientated environment.
This role will require some travel nationally.
Drivers license and own transport is essential.
Working hours: 07h
08:00 to 16:30 or 08:30 to 17:00
Leads solution designs, presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers.
Owns the product and technical aspects of sales engagements to achieve successful outcomes.
Works closely with a variety of teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other content contributors and resources.
Proactively scopes the solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for the customer.
Contextualizes the value of our solutions to our clients through value-driven presentations and demonstrations.
Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements.
Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within our company and the prospect.
Adapt solutions as necessary to ensure appropriate support.
Owns and completes product and information security responses for RFPs / RFIs.
Secures from customer staff commitments needed to ensure a deals technical win.
Meets assigned targets for sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or other teams supported.
Provides coaching and professional development to team members and sales colleagues in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Demonstrates expertise across Diligent solutions to qualify or win deals.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
Partner with sales team and maintain a productive and positive relationship.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Self-enabling; rapidly acquires new technical skills and domain knowledge.
Maintains strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally through various means.
Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills.
Ability to confidently communicate with C-suite individuals.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.

Well-spoken and presentable with exceptional presentation skills.
Matric certificate.
At least three years of experience in a pre-sales consulting role, preferably software solutions.
Excellent presentation abilities to all levels in a business i.e., Tech / C-level.
Ideally have experience in the GRC software implementation space.
Demonstrate a passion for the products and the domain.
Resourceful, creative, and strategic in troubleshooting problems.
The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills.
Be self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
