Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and speak basic English clearly.
• Knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and stations is required.
• Reliability with consistent attendance and adherence to schedules.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proteins, vegetables, and sauces per recipe cards and standards.
• Maintain clean, sanitized prep areas and equipment according to health rules.
• Assist with front line or catering prep as needed and follow FIFO.
• Label, date and store prepared items; manage inventory in proper locations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality.
