Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Professional Driver to service routes within the scenic Stellenbosch wine region. You will transport clients, goods, or personnel, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and punctual journey with a discreet and well-presented image.

Familiarity with local routes, including vineyards and estates, is highly advantageous. The role requires flexibility with evenings, weekends and public holidays based on demand for scenic tours.

Qualifications

• Valid Code 10 driver's license with a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Impeccable driving record and strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of the Stellenbosch and Western Cape road network, including wine estates and popular destinations.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and courteously, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Provide timely transportation for clients or goods to various destinations within the Stellenbosch area and surrounding regions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the assigned vehicle, performing routine checks.
• Assist clients with loading and unloading of luggage or goods as required.
• Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and client schedules.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the journey.
