Job summary

DO MORE Placements seeks a creative Social Media & Digital Content Specialist in Stellenbosch to own the company’s online presence. You will turn on-site progress into engaging reels, photos, and captions, while collaborating with on-site teams for authentic stories.

This role requires 2–5 years in social media, strong video skills, and fluency with Canva/Adobe tools. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant social media/content experience.
• Hands-on video creation and editing ability.
• Understanding of current social media trends and formats.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual eye.
• Canva and/or Adobe capability.
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Confidence using AI tools in daily workflow.
• Ability to update content/pages to a simple CMS.
• Good communication to draw content out of people.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality photo and video content using modern, agile techniques.
• Create, edit and optimise Reels, short-form video and social content.
• Keep the company’s social presence current with platform trends and formats.
• Develop creative content concepts rather than wait for instructions.
• Write engaging captions and supporting digital copy.
• Turn property-development progress and milestones into compelling stories.
• Work with on-site teams to capture authentic content.
• Maintain premium, polished visual standards across outputs.
• Update website content and imagery in a CMS.
• Use AI tools to research, ideate, and accelerate work.
• Assist with broader marketing content and collateral when required.
