Job summary

Keen is seeking an Interior Designer & Sales Coordinator in Cape Town to deliver a premium, concierge-style experience from design to purchase. You will guide customers through design decisions, provide product recommendations, and manage high-value relationships across consumer and trade channels.

This role blends interior design with sales, customer success, and relationship management to drive growth in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

3+ years in Sales, Customer Experience, Account Management, Retail, or customer-facing roles.
Proven consultative sales with ability to close sales.
Experience managing premium customer relationships and white-glove service.
Experience with B2C and B2B customers.

Responsibilities

Consult with customers on product selection, design preferences, and purchasing decisions.
Deliver customer experiences via video, email, chat, and SMS.
Guide customers through sales journey and convert enquiries.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with consumers and business customers.
Support relationships with trade professionals and strategic partners.
Provide premium, concierge-style service throughout the lifecycle.
