Placements24 is seeking an AI Data Scientist in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, to lead predictive analytics initiatives. You will build and deploy predictive models on large datasets, perform rigorous EDA, and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Collaboration with stakeholders and rigorous experimentation will be essential to drive decisions. The role requires advanced degrees, strong ML skills, Python or R, and experience with ML libraries.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Proven experience in predictive modeling and ML.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement predictive models using ML algorithms.
• Preprocess and transform large datasets for analysis.
• Perform EDA to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Evaluate models with appropriate metrics and iterate to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into data science problems.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
