KORAKHOA SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator for a Roodepoort-based role. The candidate will program, set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on machining experience, Mastercam proficiency, and strong knowledge of G-, M- and T-codes. Ability to optimise parameters and maintain production efficiency is essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in CNC programming, setting and operating.
• Mastercam programming software proficiency.
• Sound knowledge of G-codes, M-codes and T-codes.
• Ability to independently set up CNC machines for production.
• Ability to adjust cutting speeds, feed rates and depths.
• Ability to manufacture precision components to specifications.
• Maintain production quality while minimising setup times.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in CNC machining.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently.
