Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pre‑Production Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that the pre‑production processes run reliably and efficiently. You must be a pre‑production whiz dedicated to boosting productivity and managing critical path. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day‑to‑day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.
• Manage workflow of the Pre‑production team.
• Manage costing process.
• Be responsible for pre‑production output, product quality, and on‑time handover to our factory.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets.
• Work with cross‑functional departments related to production to ensure deadlines are met.
• Promote adherence of the product calendar by ensuring efficient collaboration and coordination between cross‑functional partners, including Design, R&D, Merchandising, and Materials.
• Research new sources of manufacturing and industry best practices to ensure continual process improvement and long‑term vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pre‑Production Manager in the manufacturing sector.
• Degree or Diploma in clothing management.
• In‑depth knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, including pre‑production processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong team building, decision‑making, and people management skills.
• Able to create accountability and lead by example.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a focus on solutions.
• Excellent understanding of garment costing and construction.
• Effective project management, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
