• Drive pre-owned vehicle sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
• Lead train and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent results.
• Manage vehicle sourcing valuation stock levels and reconditioning.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
