Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of public relations principles and media landscape.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Enthusiasm for the media and PR industry.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring media coverage and compiling press clippings for our client.
• Support the coordination and execution of PR events and media activities.
• Help draft and proofread basic communication materials such as social media posts and internal memos.
• Conduct research on media outlets, journalists, and industry trends.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and PR databases.
• Provide administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reports on PR activities and campaign outcomes.
• Help manage and update company information on online platforms.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather information for PR initiatives.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned to support the PR department.
