Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience and SACAP registration. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a sound knowledge of JBCC 6.2, and experience in high complexity construction projects. Strong writing skills are essential. This position is based in Gauteng, South Africa.

Job description

Minimum requirements :

Must be professionally registered with SACAP- not negotiable

Minimum 5 years post-registration (Candidate registrations will not be considered)

Able to work in an open office environment with other professionals

Experience in government health projects is advantageous or at least experience in high complexity construction projects

Sound working knowledge and experience with JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential

Exposure to NEC 3 and 4 contracts is beneficial

Able to review, compile and endorse Contract Instructions and Extension of time claims

Experience with project-specific cash flow projections (Construction and PSP fees) is beneficial

STRONG project management and delegation skills

Able to work under strict deadlines

Strong formal writing skill set not negotiable
