PPC Growth Lead – B2B Tech (Remote)

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on helping B2B technology companies scale efficiently. We’re currently seeking a skilled and strategic PPC Growth Lead to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in performance marketing who can balance high-level strategy with day-to-day campaign execution. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media programs that generate qualified leads and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel PPC strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms relevant to B2B
  • Manage campaign setup, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimizations
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop effective landing pages and creative assets
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain clear, insightful reporting dashboards focused on business impact
  • Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, specifically within the B2B tech sector (agency or startup background is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, tracking, attribution, and optimization strategies
  • Proven ability to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and improve cost-efficiency
  • Native-level English proficiency with an ability to tailor messaging to technical and executive audiences
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, data-driven approach and a strong sense of accountability
