Job Description

Your key responsibilities will in priori be :

  • Establish, lead, and grow the internal digital marketing division
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Plan, create, and optimize paid promotional campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Oversee website updates, SEO / SEM, analytics, and conversion optimization
  • Manage content creation, branding, and digital storytelling
  • Track performance KPIs and provide insights using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively

Skills

  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing roles

Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Suite, AI Design, Canva, etc.

Strong knowledge of WordPress and website content management

Hands-on experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp)

Excellent copywriting and content creation skills

Experience in video production, editing, and basic motion graphics

Strong expertise in paid advertising, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Suite, Meta Business Manager, etc.)
