Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd in Cape Town seeks a Manager Projects to lead and deliver complex projects within cost, time and quality constraints. You will coordinate resources, manage contracts, and ensure SHERQ compliance through Eskom's project lifecycle.

The role requires a B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma and strong leadership, risk management and stakeholder communication skills; experience with SAP and PMBOK principles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/BTech/Advanced Diploma in Built Environment/Commerce/Human Sciences/Information Technology at NQF7 with 360 credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide project control on cost, time and quality.
• Conduct project planning and close-out.
• Provide project communication and reporting.
• Ensure project coordination and team management.
• Ensure project safety, health, environmental, risk and quality (SHERQ).
• Provide project contract management.
• Drive the Station outage performance improvement initiatives
• Manage the Station 10 yearly production/outage plan
