Santam Client Solutions is hiring a BI Analyst–Developer to design and build scalable Power BI reporting solutions that drive insight and decision-making. You will be embedded in various business areas, tackling ad-hoc queries and transforming requirements into high-quality BI assets.

The role emphasizes migrating legacy Excel reporting to a governed Power BI environment, with exposure to Power Query, DAX, SQL, and data modelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BI analytics experience in a business-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Stats, Commerce, or related field preferred.
• Experience in short-term insurance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Power BI reporting solutions that drive insight and decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into clear BI solutions.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dataflows.
• Assist with ad-hoc data questions and troubleshoot report issues.
• Migrate Excel-based reports into automated Power BI assets.
