Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI and Data Analytics Specialist with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI, a solid understanding of SQL or PostgreSQL, and a proactive mindset.

As part of our team, you will work collaboratively to design, develop, and implement data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL or PostgreSQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals.
• Proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and suggest improvements.
• Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL / PostgreSQL queries for data extraction, aggregation, and transformation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reports and datasets for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within reporting workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data visualization technologies.
