Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure the financial health of the property portfolio.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, developers, investors and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well‑maintained and comply with safety standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles related to property management.
  • Property Management Training: Completion of accredited courses in Property Management, such as those offered by Paddocks, is advantageous.
  • Experience: Proven experience in property management or a related field.
