Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure the financial health of the property portfolio.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, developers, investors and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well‑maintained and comply with safety standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles related to property management.
- Property Management Training: Completion of accredited courses in Property Management, such as those offered by Paddocks, is advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
