Placements24 is seeking an experienced Regional Administrative Manager to oversee administrative operations across the Polokwane, Limpopo region. This senior role leads a team across multiple branches, implementing standardized policies and ensuring efficient office operations.

You will manage budgets, drive process improvements, and support regional management with strategic and operational excellence. Travel within the Polokwane region is required to meet regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in administrative management, with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Experience managing administrative functions across multiple locations or large regional scope.
• Strong leadership, team management, and delegation skills.
• Excellent budgeting and financial management knowledge.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.
• Strategic thinker with results-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a regional administrative staff across multiple branches.
• Develop and enforce standardized administrative policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily administrative operations in all branches.
• Monitor regional budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment and performance management.
