Responsabilités

• Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking, ordering, and receiving of goods.
• Ensure all catering areas and equipment are maintained to high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Support planning and preparation for events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and address operational issues.
• Assist in training new staff on service standards and protocols.
• Contribute to cost control measures and waste reduction efforts in the Polokwane branch.
