Placements24 is seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our installation and maintenance team serving the Port Elizabeth area. You will install, repair, and maintain water and drainage systems for residential and commercial properties, diagnose issues, and ensure work meets industry standards.

The ideal candidate holds a qualified plumbing trade certificate, has experience across Port Elizabeth environs, and can work independently.

About the Role

This role is essential for providing high-quality plumbing services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of water and drainage systems for residential and commercial properties. You will be expected to diagnose issues accurately, perform efficient repairs, and ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and showers.
• Diagnose plumbing issues, leaks, and blockages, and perform effective repairs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and schematics.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and plumbing regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining work performed.

Requirements
