L&Q Living is seeking a Mobile Multi-trader Plumber for our East London/Essex repairs team. The role requires a manual driving license and your own hand tools to service residents across multiple locations.

Plumbing repairs and replacements, plus basic carpentry, tiling, painting and plastering are needed. Excellent customer service, H&S awareness, and flexibility for callouts are essential.

Qualificações

• Sound working trade knowledge and experience.
• Experience gained within a Maintenance, site and/or Housing environment.
• Able to deliver excellent customer service.
• Unvented qualification.
• Health and Safety Conscious.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Wide range of Multi trade skills.

• Core hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with callouts as required.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £41,207 per annum

Location: East London and Essex

Persona: Mobile Working (van provided) contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required

Work Pattern: 8 to 5 Monday to Friday and call outs per rota

Reporting Office: Stratford, London

Join our Repairs Team at L&Q

Our East London repairs team are looking for a Multi trader Plumber to join the team. The role will cover the following areas East London and Essex.

It is essential to have a manual driving license to carry out this role and you must have your own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged when needed).

Ourplumbersdeal with all aspects of Plumbing repairs and replacements of sinks water tanks, and bathrooms. Inaddition to plumbing you will have associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating and patch plastering repairs.

We will expect you to have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to L&Q and as a first line of contact to our residents we expect you to have outstanding customer service and ability to deliver a rightfirst-timeservice. Limiting follow ons and increasing satisfaction.

Ourin-housemaintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.
