Qualifications

• Previous experience as nanny/childminder/early childhood educator.

• Creative, patient, and energetic with a love for children.
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must be legally authorized to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and loving care to the children, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being at all times.
• Develop and lead play-based learning activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor exploration.
• Create a stimulating and organized environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and learning.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Manage children's daily routines, including feeding, napping, bathing, and hygiene.
• Accompany children on age-appropriate outings and activities within Vereeniging and surrounding areas.
• Maintain open and clear communication with parents about the children's day, progress, and any concerns.
• Encourage social skills development through guided play and interaction with peers.
• Light housekeeping duties related to the children's immediate needs and play areas.
