Job summary

ATS Client is seeking a Platform and DevOps engineer with 2-4 years' experience to be the dedicated technical operator maintaining platform stability and handling client tenant roll-outs. This role enables the Implementation Lead to focus on data architecture, integration and broader product development.

The position provides the consistent operational backbone to prevent bottlenecks and platform risk from accumulating in delivery. It is a hybrid role based in Sandton.

Qualifications

• Experience in platform operations and keeping platforms stable.
• 2-4 years of DevOps experience or strong exposure to DevOps practices.
• Interest in AI and willingness to grow the platform in AI space.

Responsibilities

• Maintain platform stability as the dedicated technical operator.
