Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with site Health and Safety standards.
- Supervise and manage site operations, including staff, maintenance activities, stock control, chemical ordering, deliveries, invoices, and cost management.
- Oversee the technical operation of anaerobic digester systems, including flocculation and solids removal.
- Provide detailed internal reporting on plant performance and progress.
- Engage with the client to provide updates on system operation and resolve queries.
- Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant performance.
- Support process and resource requirements of the site to ensure uptime and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Water or Wastewater Treatment, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience operating Anaerobic Digesters, Flocculation Systems, Sludge Dewatering Processes.
- Proven team supervisory experience.
- Strong problem-solving ability and practical implementation of process improvements.
- Computer literate.
- Valid drivers licence.
