Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) or Operations Management.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in plant management or senior production roles.
• Proven experience in managing manufacturing processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day plant operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure adherence to strict safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
• Lead and develop the production team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for plant output, efficiency, and quality.
• Manage maintenance schedules and oversee equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
