Qualifications

Purpose: Our client is seeking a strategic Plant Manager to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and oversee the specialized manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, B. Tech, or National Diploma in: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Production or Operations Management
• 10+ years in a Senior Leadership position within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience using SAP or a similar system.

• Completed Health & Safety Training or qualification.
