Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Manage plant budgets including labor, materials and overhead costs.
• Lead, train and mentor plant staff to ensure a high-performance team environment.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Address any operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth operations.
