Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies and programs to deliver site operating plans and financial performance.
• Direct planning, scheduling and execution of multiple manufacturing lines to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Drive localization of manufacturing methods and components for key projects, including repairs and overhauls.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of staff to build a high-performance organization while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress, unlock opportunities, and resolve issues.
