Do you have a strong mechanical background and proven experience in piping stress analysis? Our client is looking for a skilled Pipe Stress Engineer to contribute to complex engineering projects and ensure the integrity and reliability of piping systems.
As a Pipe Stress Engineer, you will play a key role in analyzing and designing piping systems for a wide range of multidisciplinary projects. You’ll be responsible for conducting detailed stress calculations, ensuring that all designs meet mechanical and safety requirements, and comply with applicable codes and standards.
Working closely with piping designers, engineers, and project teams, you\u2019ll ensure that stress analysis is integrated into the overall engineering process. Your insights will support safe and efficient design solutions, covering everything from layout constraints and material selection to thermal expansion, dynamic loads, and support design.
You will use CAESAR II and other industry tools to perform complex calculations, evaluate loads, and provide recommendations to prevent overstressing or failure of piping systems. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in reviewing design packages, supporting risk assessments, and participating in design reviews.
