Job summary

Kabstrading Co in Cape Town is seeking a reliable warehouse assistant to join our team. You will receive, unload, and store stock, pick and pack customer orders, and support loading and unloading deliveries.

You will help maintain a safe, clean warehouse, conduct stock counts, report discrepancies, and follow health and safety procedures. Basic equipment operation is allowed for authorized staff.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming stock correctly.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and offloading delivery vehicles.
• Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Conduct stock counting and assist with inventory control.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Report damaged stock, shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment where authorized.
• Support other warehouse duties as required.
