Floyd Lebatie Physiotherapy, located in Sandton, is one of South Africa's leading sports and orthopaedic physiotherapy practices — committed to ensuring every patient moves optimally in sport, work, and life. We focus on engineering movement so our patients can engineer life. We're now searching for a driven, coachable, and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Sandton practice on a permanent basis.

Role Overview

This is a full‑time, on‑site role at our new Sandton practice, where excellence and innovation meet patient care. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the first impression of the Floyd Lebatie Physiotherapy experience — ensuring every patient feels valued, understood, and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and walk‑ins with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Oversee all front desk operations and clerical duties with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Deliver exceptional patient service — from first contact to follow‑up.
  • Coordinate appointments, billing, and scheduling efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with both patients and the clinical team.
  • Utilize Apple iWork and scheduling software seamlessly.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • Confident computer literacy (iWork, scheduling software).
  • Prior experience in medical, healthcare, or premium service environments (advantageous).
  • Proven sales and conversion ability — you know how to turn interest into bookings.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
