Job summary

Beaver Migration and Recruitment is seeking a Physiotherapist for a permanent, full-time role at a Northwestern British Columbia outpatient clinic. You'll manage a diverse caseload in musculoskeletal, sports, orthopaedic, and neurological rehab.

You will work independently, apply evidence-based practice, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in daytime hours with limited evenings. A Master’s in Physiotherapy and CHCPBC licensure are required, with CAPR credentialling and Canadian exams

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent international credential)
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification physiotherapy experience
• Eligibility for CHCPBC licensure
• Completion of CAPR credentialling and the Canadian Physiotherapy Examination, or an accepted transition pathway
• English proficiency for safe clinical practice and documentation
• Professional liability insurance meeting CHCPBC requirements
• CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical function using clinical evaluation methods
• Formulate physiotherapy diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement retraining, and patient education
• Treat musculoskeletal, sports, neurological, vestibular, and post-surgical conditions
• Support occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work planning
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals where required
• Maintain a safe and professional treatment environment
