Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Driver to join the Store Operations team across the Cape Winelands region, including Wellington and Paarl. You will ensure safe, on-time delivery of prescription medications and healthcare products to customers while protecting patient confidentiality and maintaining professional service.

You will handle temperature-sensitive items, follow cold-chain procedures, obtain signatures, and report delivery issues to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid Code A or A1 driver license approved by South African road traffic act.
• No traffic violations on record.
• Police Clearance certificate.
• Delivery experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription and OTC medications and healthcare products safely and on time to patients at residential homes, clinics, retirement homes, and hospitals.
• Prioritise urgent deliveries in line with instructions from the Pharmacy or Store Manager.
• Maintain cold-chain conditions for refrigerated medicines and products following approved procedures.
• Obtain signatures and maintain proof-of-delivery records.
• Maintain patient confidentiality during transport, handover and return of parcels.
