Skills 4 Pharmacy in North West, Mahikeng is offering a Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship. You will support daily pharmacy operations, assist customers, prepare prescriptions under supervision and help with stock and records.

Training runs alongside your role over about 15 months, with blended learning and on-the-job experience. You’ll gain hands-on skills, work in a fast-paced team, and develop customer service excellence in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Interest in healthcare and helping people.

• Basic IT skills; training provided with no prior pharmacy experience required.

Responsabilités

• Support customers at the medicines counter and answer queries.
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
