Clicks Group provides high standards of pharmaceutical care and dispensary services under the supervision of the Pharmacy Manager. The role focuses on accurate dispensing, Stock and compliance, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

As part of the pharmacy team, you will ensure safe stock management, compliant practices, and collaboration with clinic staff to meet healthcare needs while aligning with company values and customer service standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care and accurate dispensing, including generic substitution.
• Efficiently manage dispensary stock, shrinkage, housekeeping and administration per SAPC regulations and company standards.
• Support clinic integration and partnerships to offer comprehensive health services to customers.
• Drive customer service initiatives in the dispensary to build loyalty and achieve club card targets.
