Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a professional manner and with confidentiality within SOPs
• Administration of scripts and related claiming/capturing procedures
• Accurate and complete handling of all profiles
• Interact with health care professionals as needed
• Problem solving and follow up of queries
• Accurate capturing of scripts at the Central Pharmacy centre
• Handling of queries regarding prescriptions
• Patient profile management
• Liaison with all departments
• Ad hoc duties as per operational requirements
