Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Quality Unit in Paarl/Western Cape. You will review BMRs, support CAPAs, and participate in audits to ensure GMP compliance across the pharmaceutical lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in QA/QC within pharma. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 3 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong GMP knowledge and regulatory requirements (SAHPRA, ICH).
• Experience with batch record review, deviation investigations, and CAPA management.
• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory inspections.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross‑department collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Specialist to join their Quality Unit in Paarl, Western Cape .
