Responsabilités

• Plan, conduct, and report on internal and external audits of manufacturing facilities, quality control laboratories, warehouses, and suppliers.
• Assess compliance with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory requirements (e.g., SAHPRA).
• Identify non-compliance issues and deviations, document findings, and recommend CAPAs.
• Follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of CAPAs.
• Review and approve quality-related documents, including SOPs and batch records.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QMS.

About the Role

Our client in Soweto is looking for a highly experienced and thorough Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality policies. You will be responsible for conducting internal and external audits of manufacturing sites, suppliers, and quality systems. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and report on internal and external audits of manufacturing facilities, quality control laboratories, warehouses, and suppliers.


• Assess compliance with GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., SAHPRA).


• Identify non-compliance issues and deviations, document findings, and recommend corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).


• Follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of CAPAs.


• Review and approve quality-related documents, including SOPs, validation protocols, and batch records, as required.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.


• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance or Quality Control, with significant auditing experience.


• In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.


• Proven experience in conducting various types of audits (e.g., internal, supplier, pre-approval).


• Excellent report writing skills and the ability to communicate audit findings clearly and effectively.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
