Placements24 is seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Officer to ensure GMP-compliant pharmaceutical operations in Centurion, Gauteng. You will maintain the QMS, conduct internal audits, review batch records, and drive CAPA actions to uphold product safety and regulatory standards.

The role collaborates with Production, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs, requiring a BPharm/chemistry/microbiology background and 3+ years of QA experience. A strong attention to detail and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA or QC in the pharmaceutical industry.
• GMP, GDP and regulatory guidelines knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Experience with audit procedures and CAPA management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in line with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes, facilities, and documentation.
• Review and approve batch records and validation protocols.
• Investigate deviations, complaints, and out-of-spec results; implement CAPAs.
• Train personnel on QA procedures and GMP principles.
