Job summary

A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a candidate for a role focused on achieving budget sales and profitability results through effective strategies for pharmacies. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with OTC pharmacies. The successful candidate will develop plans to assist customers in growing sales, ensure maximum brand visibility, and maintain strong customer relationships. Good communication and negotiation skills are essential. A relevant tertiary qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification.
• A Life Sciences or Health Sciences qualification will be an advantage.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical is essential.
• Minimum 3 years relevant Pharmacy OTC and/or Pharmacy Groups /Key Accounts.
• Experience within a multinational Pharma company preferred.
• Strong detailing/training skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budget sales and profitability results.
• Develop and implement plans to assist customers.
• Ensure maximum brand exposure through promotion.
• Analyze sales and customer activity data.
• Manage Co Op spend budgets with key customers.
