Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Gauteng is seeking a Credit Controller to manage and reconcile debtor accounts for wholesalers, doctors, and pharmacies. This junior permanent position requires at least 7 years of experience in Credit Control, proficiency in Oracle and Excel, and strong communication skills. The role involves collecting outstanding debts and providing excellent service to external and internal customers, with targets to meet each month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in Credit Control department.
• Experience in managing Dis-Chem accounts would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate debtor accounts for Pharma, doctors, pharmacies, government entities.
• Reconcile accounts, allocate payments and raise claims.
• Attend to customer queries and provide solutions.
• Collect outstanding debts according to monthly/quarterly targets.
• Visit customers and sort out queries.
