  • Maintain and enhance PGM demand and supply models, ensuring consistency and analytical accuracy.
  • Contribute to regular reports, consulting assignments, and market forecasts.
  • Manage and develop structured datasets and models underpinning research outputs.
  • Support publication development, including data checks, charting, and written contributions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across mining, trading, financial, and industrial sectors to gather insights and strengthen relationships.
  • Participate in field research trips, conferences, and client visits locally and internationally.
The Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc essential; MSc or postgraduate experience advantageous).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in commodities, PGMs, or precious metals research.
  • Strong data analysis and modelling skills, with advanced Excel capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across the metals value chain.
  • Willingness to travel for research and client engagement.
  • Additional languages and experience with data tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar) are advantageous.
