This role reports directly to Operations Manager, in the Office Services Business Unit.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Must be qualified in the field of pest control (registered with P. Number )
• Must have experience in food handling sites ( HACCP / food type site sites)
• Computer Literate
• Must have a valid drivers license and PDP
• Must be customer focused/orientated
• Ability to identify customer needs and solutions
• Display professional attitude and be presentable
• Providing quality pest control/management service

Duties & Responsibilities

• Able to resolve pest issues effectively
• Follow all instructions and procedures set out by the company
• Be able to work overtime when needed/instructed
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and clean at all times.
• Carry an adequate range of pesticides and equipment, necessary to delivery service.
• Ensure the company vehicle and image is protected at all times.
• Ensure the usage of the correct Personal Protective Equipment
• Ensure company and client Health & Safety requirements are met.
• Ability to identify customer needs and solutions
