Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for new business opportunities in the personal lines space and actively drive lead generation.
- Develop and grow a strong client base by identifying prospects, cold calling, hunting referrals and converting leads into policies.
- Build long-term relationships through trust, service excellence, and expert advice.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements while delivering professional advice to clients.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Minimum Requirements
- RE5 certification (Regulatory Exam 5).
- Class of Business (COB) completed.18
- CPD (Continuous Professional Development) compliant.
- NQF Level 4 or 5 qualification in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a broker sales environment with proven new business success.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, network and close deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and resilient personality with a passion for sales.
