Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Executive Assistant with hands‑on experience managing or supporting short‑term rental properties (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).

This role combines administrative support for the executive with operational oversight of short‑term rental properties, ensuring both business and personal priorities are met efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and capable of juggling calendars, travel, property management tasks, and guest communications with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the executive's daily calendar, appointments, emails, and travel arrangements.

Screen calls, respond to inquiries, and prioritize tasks for the executive.

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties, ensuring smooth check‑ins / outs and guest satisfaction.

Handle guest communications, resolve issues, and manage booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, ).

Coordinate cleaning crews, maintenance vendors, and supplies for the rental properties.

Monitor and optimize listings, pricing, and occupancy rates on various platforms.

Track income, expenses, and prepare basic financial or occupancy reports for the properties.

Assist in research, document preparation, and project management for business or personal initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, with at least 1‑2 years in short‑term rental operations.

Strong knowledge of short‑term rental platforms and property management best practices.

Experience in listing online.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management or booking software.

Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems under pressure.

High level of discretion and professionalism.
