• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: Off
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Requirements

• Must own a mobile phone with data
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transport to commute to work premises
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule based on family and business needs
• Must be open to assisting with various domestic and household-related tasks as needed
• A probation period of 1 month to assess suitability for the role

Core Responsibilities

• Family and Business Travel
  • Use of employer's vehicle for family and business trips
  • Drive children to and from school, as well as after-school activities
  • Provide transportation for family members upon request (e.g., fetching items, running errands)
• Domestic Assistance and Staff Support
  • Assist and/or manage domestic staff to ensure duties are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Help with operating household electrical equipment (e.g., washing machines, dryers, vacuum cleaners)
  • Report any faults or issues within the household (e.g., malfunctioning equipment or maintenance concerns)
  • Support with other general household tasks as requested, including deliveries, shopping, or any other family-related needs
• Daily Operations
  • Assist with loading/unloading luggage, packages, and other items as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of all vehicles (cleaning and washing)
  • Report any maintenance or issues with vehicles promptly
  • Plan routes to ensure efficient and timely travel
• Safety and Compliance
  • Ensure safe and punctual transportation at all times
  • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
  • Monitor vehicle tracking and dashcam systems to ensure safety standards
