Personal & Business Assistant (APPLICATIONS ONLY VIA EMAIL)Du Cap Collection – Constantia, Cape TownWe are looking for a capable, organised, and proactive assistant to support the Du Cap Collection across our hospitality, aviation, design, and media businesses.

This is a full-time role for someone who takes pride in doing things well, enjoys variety, and is comfortable working in a calm but fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.You will help ensure that the details are handled, the paperwork is correct, and the wheels keep turning.What you will do

  • Manage diaries, appointments, reservations, and day-to-day logistics
  • Run errands and coordinate collections and deliveries across Cape Town
  • Reconcile payments and expenses in Xero
  • Draft letters, emails, and professional correspondence
  • Complete, submit, and track forms, approvals, and applications
  • Make payments + liaise with accountants, suppliers, service providers, and other key role-players
  • Prepare and edit simple contracts and documents using AI tools
  • Assist with admin for multiple businesses within the group
  • Maintain filing systems and digital organisation
  • Support general research and operational tasks as neededYou are
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and discreet
  • Strong in written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable engaging with professional partners (lawyers, accountants, suppliers)
  • Able to manage competing priorities with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning modern tools quickly
