Job summary

Personal Assistant (with Accounting / Tax Exposure) — Benoni | Onsite. We are a boutique audit and accounting practice led by two Registered CAs (SA) and RAs.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar management, inbox coordination and client follow‑ups
  • Preparation, completion and simple reconciliations of documentation and forms
  • Light research and first‑draft templates
  • Small operational tasks that keep the firm moving
Qualifications
  • BCom (or equivalent) preferred
  • Exposure to direct & indirect tax (e.g., VAT, PAYE, income tax packs)
  • Hands‑on experience with Xero, Sage and QuickBooks
  • Strong Excel & Word skills (lookups, pivots, clean formatting)
  • Clear written & verbal communication; professional client manner
  • Within 20 km of Benoni and able to commute daily
  • 30+ years old with a mature, detail‑oriented and structured work style, able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize
