Duties & Responsibilities

A dynamic and growing company in Centurion is seeking a highly professional Personal Assistant to support the Director. The ideal candidate must be highly diligent self-driven and capable of working independently while efficiently managing a wide range of tasks for the Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage schedules appointments and correspondence efficiently.
  • Prepare reports presentations and documents as required.
  • Assist with financial tasks including basic bookkeeping budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings travel arrangements and events.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
  • Certificate or degree in Office Administration Business Management Finance or related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong financial knowledge and understanding of business operations.
  • Excellent organizational communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and discretion.
